We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our team of architects and interior designers.
The ideal person will have 3+ years’ experience and be able to produce high quality presentations and drawing sets under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients - Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction - Drafting residential drawing sets for Dept. of Building and Landmarks filings - Assisting with construction sketches during Construction
REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years’ experience - Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture - Expertise in architectural drafting and detailing - Proficient in AutoCAD - Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite - AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus - Ability to hand sketch, a plus - Experience working on high-end residential projects in NYC, a plus - Experience with Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
